2. App license
If you obtain Five Focus through the App Store, use of the app is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a custom license is expressly provided with the app in the App Store.
This page provides supplementary information about the app and website. It does not replace or amend Apple’s Standard EULA. For app licensing matters, that agreement and mandatory law apply.
3. Your tasks and use of the app
You keep your rights to the task content you enter. You are responsible for that content and for using the app lawfully. The app stores your tasks locally; it does not provide a task recovery service, cloud sync, or a permanent history of completed tasks.
Completed tasks are cleared after the local calendar day ends when the app next performs cleanup. Device backups, if enabled, are managed through Apple. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose.
4. Availability and updates
Features and system requirements may change in future releases. Availability, supported devices, and any price are shown in the App Store listing at the time of download. The current app contains no in-app purchase or subscription functionality.
If a purchase is offered through the App Store, Apple handles payment and refund requests under its applicable terms and processes. A coming-soon notice on this website is not a purchase offer or a guarantee of a release date.

The Five Focus name, app artwork, and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. This website may link to the App Store, Apple’s legal documents, and the hosting provider’s privacy policy. Those services operate under their own terms.
